1. No Refund, No Return Policy

1.1 Prescription Eyewear

Prescription lenses are highly customized medical devices manufactured specifically for your unique vision requirements and frame choice. Because they cannot be reused or resold, orders for prescription lenses cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once the order has been placed.

1.2 Frames & Sunglasses

We encourage all customers to inspect their frames and sunglasses thoroughly at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for frames, sunglasses, or eyewear accessories for any reason, including size, fit, or style preference.

2. No Warranty Policy

All products are sold "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied, from Paranjape Opticals.

• We do not provide warranty coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches on lenses, or physical breakage of frames post-purchase.
• While some manufacturers may offer their own warranties, Paranjape Opticals does not guarantee or directly warrant the life, durability, or constitution of any product. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled subject to the specific terms of that manufacturer, and we are not liable for their decisions.

3. Service Fees

Professional fees charged for eye examinations, contact lens fittings, consultations, and other clinical services are for the time and expertise of the optometrist. These fees are fully non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or whether a product purchase follows.
